WORSHIP Worship is the most visible aspect of ministry, and is the piece that most people think of when they consider the role of minister. Therefore it is important for me to do the best, meaningful worship that I can do. I draw from many different sources: religious texts, lectures, poetry, plays, children stories, and popular culture to name a few. I 've learned that the extemporaneous preaching style works best for me. This allows me to have a conversational style while preaching, but means that I do not have texts of my sermons to share.
